G GradeCalc Pro

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what happens to information when you use gpacalculatorinfo.com. The short version is that the grades you type stay on your own device, and we do not ask you for a name, an email address, or an account.

What you type into the calculators

Course names, letter grades and credit hours are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. That information is never transmitted to us and never stored on any server we control. To keep your work from disappearing when you refresh, it is saved in your browser's local storage, which is a private area on your own device. Clearing it with the clear button on any calculator, or clearing your browser data, removes it permanently.

Analytics and traffic measurement

We may collect aggregate information about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located by country, and what type of device they use. This is used to understand which tools people find useful and to fix problems. It is not tied to any individual and is never combined with anything you type into a calculator.

Advertising and cookies

This site is supported by advertising. Advertising partners, including Google and its network, may place cookies on your device to show ads and to measure whether those ads were effective. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites, and you can turn off personalised advertising through Google's Ads Settings page. You can also block or delete cookies through your own browser settings at any time, though some parts of the site may behave differently afterwards.

Children

The calculators are aimed at students, including those under eighteen, but we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Since no account is required and nothing you enter is transmitted to us, there is no personal data for us to hold. If you believe a child has somehow submitted personal information through this site, contact us and we will investigate.

Your rights and choices

Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is generally nothing for us to hand over or delete on request. If you are in a region covered by the GDPR or CCPA and you still want to make an enquiry about your data, write to us and we will respond within the timeframe those rules require.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy. Questions can go to the address on our contact page.
