Reporting a calculation problem
This is the message we most want to receive. To get it fixed quickly, tell us which calculator you were using, what you entered, what number you expected and what the site showed instead. If your school weights honors or AP courses differently from the usual half point and full point, mention that too, because it explains most of the disagreements people report.
Corrections to the writing
If a guide states something that is wrong, or that has stopped being true, send the page and the specific line. We would rather fix it than leave it. Pieces carry the name of whoever wrote them on the writers page, and corrections go to them directly.
Suggesting a calculator
If there is a grading situation the current tools do not cover, describe how your school does it and we will look at whether it can be built. Requests that come up repeatedly are the ones that get made.

For advertising or partnership enquiries, use the same address and say so in the subject line so it reaches the right place.
What we cannot help with
We have no connection to any school, so we cannot look up your grades, change a mark, contact an instructor on your behalf or tell you what your official GPA is. For any of those, your registrar or academic advisor is the right place to start. The disclaimer explains the boundaries in more detail.
